Terrible. Do not organise a pick up from your house, go to a drop off point, or if you are going out use the post office. They still have not picked up the parcel 3 days after they said they would and I'm still waiting. I'd change to drop off but can't get through to them as you only get an automated voice which is totally unhelpful.
I'll not use them again.
