So bad, that they're predictable.
Example: Bought an item off ebay. Email arrived from Hermes stating "We have your parcel"
So going from past Hermes experience, I went back online and bought the item again, with a different seller.
And guess what, the Hermes parcel has never been seen since.
Thankfully I got a refund.
