Booked parcel online didn't get a QR code went to drop off couldn't send because of this money taken.
Only way I could send was to pay again at machine and print label . Tried to get through only automated system requested a call back still waiting.
Second confirmation email also sent without any details to send bit luckily could print label at machine.
