wrong parcel delivered with the label from the parcel I was expecting loosely attached to it. tried contacting the sender automated response no help, tried contacting Hermes to arrange pickup of the incorrect parcel again automated response telling me my parcel had been delivered absolutely useless. now I have to walk more than 1 mile to parcel shop to return it (at 80 no easy task) meanwhile my parcel is floating around Hermes without an address lable
