Hermes claims to have attempted To deliver my parcel when I wasn’t in . After 4-5 days they still haven’t reattempted another delivery and when I track my item it doesn’t state the exact location my parcel is so at least I can pick it up myself . They don’t allow you to speak to anyone when you phone them as it’s all automated service on the phone which is not helpful one bit . Live chat is an absolute joke aswell . Shocking business this delivery courier is a massive joke and should be out of business . If you miss a delivery just know your never going to see your parcel . Such an appalling disgraceful delivery service !
