They didn't even bother to deliver my parcel. Instead I got a message on the tracker to say "Your courier has had an issue with getting to the delivery address. If you have any delivery instructions you think might help, visit the help section and use the contact us page". After contacting the company they resent the parcel via Royal Mail and they managed to find my house... (for those wondering I live on a main road).
It was very obvious the didn't even attempt to delivery the parcel. I bet the driver just wanted to go home early.
