I dread seeing my parcel is coming from Hermes as it never arrived.
Latest order from EBay and tracking says we wasn’t in time and time again when we are, why don’t they call you?
Now parcels have been returned to sender and they want to charge sender £6 to return goods. I am fuming, stay clear from them most shocking firm ever.
