Hermes emailed me saying they had delivered my parcel yesterday at 1554. At that time there were 3 adults home, 2 working on the front garden driveway at the time my parcel was meant to have been delivered. Hermes did not come yesterday and they certainly did not leave my parcel. The question is , who has it and where is it?
Holly the so called ‘Virtual assistant’ is a joke. I tried calling to speak to someone but couldn’t get through to any customer service representative.
