Check their list of what is not covered if lost or damaged it is pretty well everything. They damaged my soup maker and will not pay for the cost of replacement although I stated what it was when I sent it with cover of £45 plus my charges for delivery.
Dreadful company would never use again I would tell them that if you get anyone to speak to.
