Everything went wrong. I ordered a pair of trainers from sports direct. Paid for next day delivery 27th may.
I’ve sent 6 emails to both Hermes n SD. Any get through on phone either: No product a week later and absolutely no reply/contact from these companies. My tracking hasn’t updated since the 28th of may. Saying it would be with me in 24hours. Still no parcel. A week later 🤬
Choose a better courier. And check out Joe lycettes investigation. It’s shocking what he found out!
