AWFUL! After endless emails back & forth about my missing parcel, Hermes explained they are sorry but it has gone missing. I was told to make a claim to resolve this.
After my claim they said “Unfortunately, due to the contents of your parcel, your item is exempt from any compensation as it falls in to the category excluded”
So basically they excepted my money, had taken my goods, but after the delivery driver or warehouse worker steals it.. they will turn their back on you & just use a made up list of things they don’t cover. (basically everything)
My advise is don’t use this company with anything of high value.
