Incompetence throughout the company
Tracking claims they attempted to deliver my parcel three days in a row but were unable to, so parcel is being returned to sender. Absolutely laughable since I have been at home on each day and there was no attempt to deliver the parcel whatsoever.
I cannot emphasise clearly enough how bad the customer service for Hermes is. The phone number does not let you speak to a human being, nor does the live chatbots on the website. They no longer have a customer service email address, and even their Twitter account does not allow DMs. So any review on here that says they experienced good customer service is fake.
I've taken dozens of deliveries throughout the current pandemic from more reliable and capable couriers with no problems whatsoever so I have no idea how or why Hermes are happy to display not only this level of incompetence but a level of customer service that shows nothing but distain for the people paying for their services.
I look forward to no one from Hermes reading this and to be continually ignored.
