Hermes are by far the worst company ever I have regular deliverys from Amazon dpd etc with no problems When I contacted the seller regarding my latest non-delivery he told me he has 150 parcels he has sent which cannot be traced
It is a small business that makes wax melts & candles and normally uses Royal Mail I hope this bunch of incompetent chancers don't ruin the guys business I can only think it was because of the covid-19 that he used them..,they are by far the worst and need to be shut down and investigated
