They’ve lost 2 of my sent parcels. Getting hold of anyone to rectify this is impossible. I spent 1 hour in a queue on the phone and got hung up on. Cut off multiple times. There’s no email as a point of contact.
I’d like to find out if these can be located or I need to be reimbursed.
