Lost parcel, tracking page is saying it has been signed for and delivered except there have been 5+ ppl at home all day and not one of them has seen anyone turn up or attempt delivery.
Also no way of contacting hermes via website to find out where the order is unless you go through a d*mn virtual assistant that is mo use at all.
Totally awful service, do not use.
