Parcel should have been delivered on Monday 8th and it is now Wednesday 10th with still no sign. Tracking information is either not recognised or tells me it has arrived at my local depot and then tells me it is on its way to my local depot.
The on line digital assistant is an insult to anyone's intelligence and you cant get through to speak to customer services.
As this was an item being sent to me, my hands were tied as to which courier the supplier uses, but I WILL NOT be using Hermes for goods that I send out.
Not a reliable company. Save your money and use a different, reputable courier.
