Waiting for parcels to be delivered that are late. Needed to walk my shielded aunts dog so held back as I have experienced leaving my parcels out in the rain.
Recently had to return expensive Lego sets to John Lewis due to wreck-less damage. By far the worst parcel company I have ever dealt with. Avoid!
