Said they had trouble with my delivery address.. very strange as the postman buzzed to get in and another courier company just after on the same day . I live in high-rise block of flats. It's a landmark in my city!!!..
The Holly assistant is rubbish..
why does this company exist? Only to cause problems I guess..
They should be thoughly investigated.. they would make a great "secret camera, behind the scenes" program..
