Parcel ordered from China & has been with Hermes since 25th May. Twice out for delivery but halted due to address query. ‘Holly’ refers me to sender. Customer service number now unobtainable. Managed to find an email address & have confirmed my address twice but customer service agent referred me to sender & closed complaint as resolved. How are Hermes allowed to continue trading? Looking at the thousands of similar complaints, they appear to be keeping countless parcels whilst expecting senders to refund or re-send. Is this not theft?
