Do not use this company . Their Brooklands depot needs to be investigated as a matter of urgency.
2nd high value parcel arrived there and mysteriously never seen again . The tracker shows out for delivery but it was rejected due damage 4 minutes after assigned to the courier.
2 different items days apart, high value mysteriously then disappear.
No further information available just the inevitable You need to wait 48hours then 7 days .
Hermes we all know in this area what’s going on there when are you going to do something about it ?
