Another (3rd in a row) Monday when Hermes courier decides to not deliver the parcel to my neighbourhood (Chiswick, London) It happens with the 2 previous ASOS parcel and today, another one from COS.
They are not bothered to deliver anything on Sundays, even if they send an email with confirmation. But then you always receive the email: "we have missed you". Liars.
The big problem are Mondays
Always (if the package is scheduled to deliver on Monday) I receive a message at 12 am: Your friendly local courier will try to deliver between 19:00 and 21:00 today.
After that there is an update after 9pm:
"There's been a slight delay with your delivery, we'll get your parcel to you as soon as possible".
Stop lying. Its so frustrating. 3rd week in a row the same issue !
