Parcel not delivered or signed for but Hermes are saying it was. I cannot speak to anyone at all and because their system is updated with the driver to say he’s delivered , all I get is It’s delivered!
I have heard so many complaints about this company . Do not use them and if you do , don’t expect any replies. They couldn’t care less.
