AWFUL NON EXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE
for some reason Hermes cannot deliver to my address, everyone else manages! They need extra info, so I have been trying to contact them all morning. But do not give an option to speak to someone by call or online chat. Ridiculous that they wont allow customers to talk to them.
