I ordered poster frame on Amazon, which meant to be delivered by Hermes. The first time it came, the glass was cracked, therefore I requested a replacement and returned it. Few days later, the replacement frame came, with all the glass totally smashed in pieces.
Avoid Hermes by any cost if you want your parcel to be handled well.
