When it goes wrong there is absolutely no help or means of contact. I sent a parcel and it was misrouted to the wrong depot where it’s been for 3 weeks, the automated system says it will be on the move within 24hrs and when the system finally lets you email, the reply from a real person they tell you “it’s been misrouted 3 weeks ago” Well done Hermes tell me when you are going to deliver it.
