My order was processed by the seller on 03 June and Hermes confirmed receipt on 04 June.
I still have not received it.
I have contacted Hermes several times via their tracking No and each time they confirm delivery within 24 hrs.
I have checked again and its the same standard response. I completed a complaint form with them several days ago but have received no response
They have had my parcel 16 days and I still have no idea when I will receive it.
How on earth is this fraudulent business permitted to operate and why on earth are suppliers using them?
