Received an email, at 12.16, saying that my parcel would be delivered between 12.00 and 16.00......advance notice?
This was a signed-for parcel.
Covid understandly means that parcels can't be physically signed for but should they be left on the doorstep, with no one at home.
Additional to the above the parcel was 'bashed' on all corners.
In future I shall enquire about the courier before buying and refuse to purchase if it is Hermes!
