Customer Service is dreadful. Tracking sometimes woeful.
Why they call themselves a delivery company offering cover for damage/loss when they have a detailed list of 46 items that are no compensation items. ( The website has a large visual of erhaps 8 items. You have to physically look at the list to check.) Even if your item is on the list and you take the cover they are still happy to take your money. I can understand damage but lost in there systems is daylight robbery On positive side my courier is, sorry was (as I will not be sending items with then again) pleasant.
