Left a card saying the missed me and despite not authorising to be left with a neighbour or a safe place the card said they had left it with a neighbour.
When I went to the neighbour they did not leave it with him.
I tried to contact them however only robots on the phone and online chat I requested a CALL BACK through the website said be within in 48 hours.
5 days later I got an email saying my issue was resolved as the driver said it was delivered to the correct address .... how can this be possible when I have no parcel and a missed you card
Clearly the driver stole the parcel or gave it to some one who did as it was am expensive pair of trainers sold out and the drivers can see where the parcel is from
This company is digusting do not want to deal with complaints and do not help hopefully sellers and retailers will get sick of refunding all missing parcels and use a company not filled with cow boys.
