On Saturday afternoon I tried to post a parcel using one of their locker systems. It wouldn't fit into the small one so requested a medium one. I was told to close the door and another would open. It didn't. I then got a message congratulating me on how quick the transaction was. It then refused to accept the label again. I then tried to complain on line but was told that the answer would take up to 24 hours. I was trying to post an ebay parcel and am contractually obliged to post it within 1 working day. I then spent at least 20 minutes in the “chat” queue. I was eventually told a that a link would be sent to me so that the label would be cancelled and a new one issued at the end of the chat. I waited and waited and sent them an email asking them where it was. An email came after about 2 hours. I clicked on the link and my request for a new label was refused. I then got an email accusing me of being a liar and cheat as THEY had the parcel. I sent 2 people photos of the parcel on Saturday and a another on Sunday taken in front of Teletext showing the day and date. Late Monday afternoon I got an email saying that the label was going to be cancelled but on Tuesday I got another liar cheat email saying that as they had the parcel, they wouldn’t give me a refund. Their website was still saying that they had the parcel so how often are the lockers emptied? I sent them an email saying that, as they had the parcel, I wanted to claim £10 compensation plus the cost of postage as they wouldn’t be able to deliver it. I also asked for compensation for all the hassle and stress this has caused. It is now Wednesday morning and I have yet to receive a reply.
