Hermes. What an absolute national joke of a company. Including Holly the totally useless “helper”. Notice there is no customer service email address on their website probably as they are too ashamed of the numerous emails they will get about their amateur, unreliable and shockingly bad “ service”. How they are still in business is a mystery! Let’s hope the retailers using them will realise and use more reliable firms going forward.
