I have not received 5 parcels in the last 6 weeks with My Hermes. It is an absolute disgrace. I follow the tracking and then I receive notification that they will resend it in the next 24 hours. NEVER happens it does not arrive. impossible to contact them to get answers. Today after weeks of trying different avenues of contact I was told they don’t have a courier covering my postcode ludicrous.
So frustrating and time consuming.
Terrible company.
