We live on 1st floor in flats building... normal situation is when we receiving message that parcel was delivered and parcel is nowhere around. They ask as to walk around block to see after that.
DEFINETELLY I DO NOT RECOMMEND NOONE TO USE HERMES SERVICES !!!!!!!!
On the site I want to mention that I absolutelly do not care about Hermes response like: "thank you for your opinion, we really sorry.... bla bla"... they put resposinbility on customers who PAID for delivery to looking for my property because they can't deliver it properly.
