Horrendous company. Two deliveries in the past few weeks:
1. Rude driver leaned on the buzzer to my flat repeatedly and then threw the package into the shared lobby of my building.
2. Website states that the package was delivered. I was home all day and the buzzer did not go off. There isn't a photo of the delivery, the map is not loading to show where it was left, and I've searched the building and it is not here.
I will make an effort not to order from companies that use Hermes in the future - they are awful.
