The delivery driver threw the parcel through an open window causing damage to my product. He didn't even knock on the door or do the door bell. Everyone was at home too. Caught on CCTV. How lazy can your staff get. What the hell is Holly, totally waste of time. I know i'll never use Hermes again. Thats twice they have damaged my goods by throwing them.
