why this joke of a company still functioning is beyond me like seriously, I have always had bad experience with this courier or whatever the f@*k they called themselves. Hermes or herpes you need to avoid them at all cost and avoid any company using them. No customer Service, no human to talk to and email is even worst!!!!!. They will steal your item and claim its lost and refuse to refund you, how can three parcels be lost in the space of one week. Don't even get me started with the rubbish bot holly that just keeps going round and round in circle and never direct you to a human agent if they even exist. Avoid this company like a plaque!!!!!!!!!
