For the third and final occasion my collection was not made. The company courier has lied once and said he called, lost my package when returned an item and cancelled the last collection saying it was no longer required despite never speaking to me about it. Repeated discussion with customer service is useless. They are useless. DONT USE this company. I certainly will never use them again. Nor will my company, my family nor anyone else with sense. COVID has certainly shown who Does what they promise. Hermes DONT. Don’t say you weren’t warned!
