According to Hermes tracking, the Delivery driver Attempted to deliver my parcel on Sunday evening but was unable to find the property. Hard to believe when flat 7, number 21 is a big old school! You can’t miss it. Well it’s 5 days later and I don’t have a clue where my parcel is. There’s been no reattempt at delivery. The tracking page still says the same rubbish. I don’t know why companies continue to use Hermes when they are so incompetent. Charge a bit more for delivery and use a company that is competent and will get your goods to your customers on time!!! Now to find out where my parcel even is!!!!
