I wouldn't even leave 1 star, but it wouldn't let me mark it as Zero. They are useless, they lie and I wouldn't trust them to deliver a letter to my next door neighbour!
I don't know why any companies use them. If I know a company is using Hermes as their delivery people, I will NOT buy from them....just too much hassle.
