Insults Slander Anxiety & abysmal service.
Hermes international lost a very valuable item. I lodged a claim and it was accepted in May. I’ve received £23 instead of £130. Excuses range from me not giving the correct information. The consignment not being found on their system. The incorrect paperwork. Wrong address. Someone not putting the correct information on the system. Accounts not paying the refund and being called an out and out liar, trying to scam hermes as the refund had already been paid. Web chat is a total joke. When the operator couldn’t help me they cut me off, and this has happened three times, so I couldn’t capture the web chat. Now at the very end of my tether I’ve taken legal action and instructed a solicitor. The complaints department have a week to resolve.
I don’t think I should hold my breath!
