Truly appalling service, three times this week. I'm not happy to have waited for 4 hours at home on two days and 2.5 for one day this week, only to be told there is a problem with my address (this has never happened before). I saw the delivery guy park outside my house, and then drive off without even coming to my door. Why??? There is no option to phone Hermes and speak to a person (let alone the courier). They sent me a polite email when I complained, but again today they failed to deliver (3 times with 3 separate parcels in one week). From now on, whenever I order anything online, I will do so only on condition that Hermes is not the courier used. Truly, truly disgusted.
