I had a parcel go missing. It's only when something goes wrong that you find out how bad their customer service is. It is impossible to get help. No contact number, the most useless online assistant I have ever used and no easy to find details anywhere. I finally found an email address and they eventually answered with a nonsense reply. Still trying to get my parcel sorted. They are cheap but if something goes amiss you will regret you ever used them. I am now using a service which actually has some good reviews and a phone number.
