Absolutely the worst courier out there. Paid for 9 items to be collected and shipped within the UK. Several days later no-one had arrived to collect, despite working from home and other couriers arriving to deliver stuff. Dropped off at a ParcelShop location instead. You can't get hold of a real person and the automated system on the phone seems geared to just giving you a tracking status and then ditching the call. No option to be put through to anyone. Of those 9 items, despite it being 24hr service, only 4 have been delivered a week later. 2 listed as delayed due to damage (wtf?) and 1 was going to a 24hr petrol station. How can a driver not manage to deliver to a 24hr petrol station. The buyer is requesting a refund which I will likely need to give them if I don't want negative feedback.
