Hermes said they tried to deliver my parcel but that I was not in, I was in the house all day working from home with windows & doors open as was stuffy day. This is not the first time Hermes has lied about deliveries. You can’t speak to anyone phone number ask for tracking number tells you that you have a problem with your delivery & to contact the retailer who were helpful but have to email a Hermes expect an answer in 24 hours and the online assistant is just as useless round & round in circles, dreadful customer services very bad no telephone number to speak to a person
