Anyone of you has a phone number that I can call to speak to a person from Hermes? I'm waiting for a parcel from sports direct for 2 weeks now. I contacted sports direct and they said the parcel was picked up by Hermes and that I should contact them for any delivery queries! Can't get a hold of them on the phone! The automated help answering the phone is rubbish! Don't recommend using Hermes they have rubbish customer service!
