Sent a parcel with hermes and paid for extra compensation. Driver left parcel on doorstep and parcel went missing! No signature even though one was required. Tried to make a claim and almost impossible to get hold of an actual person. Once I made the claim it was rejected as the item was prohibited. Face cream prohibited!!! Checked out their prohibited list and non compensation items and seems it's impossible to send anything with them that is allowed or you can claim for if the driver is neglectful with your package!!!
