Still trying to get hold of somebody from Hermes, it's impossible to contact anyone to sort out my failed deliveries. Our road is being dug up and access is possible from one end of the road, but the driver has made no attempt to get here and I'm now waiting for 3 parcels. We have had deliveries from Parcelforce and Royal Mail, and a DPD courier walked up from the closed end of the road with a 15kg parcel! We'd happily meet the driver at the end of the road but it's impossible to speak to anyone at Hermes and our emails are being ignored. These small packages will probably end up being returned to senders, and give us the problem of wasting hours of our time trying to get refunds or re-delivery. We run our own online business and have never found a courier as bad as this. We'd never trust Hermes with our deliveries.
