Absolutely shocking how bad Hermes is. The past 3 years I have had the extremely unlucky encounter with their services. All 3 times I received an email saying that the driver missed my delivery although I’ve been home waiting for it. All 3 times it proves impossible to speak to someone. Do your self a favour and don’t use Hermes
