Dreadful. No goods received. No way to contact them, the excel 'holly' link, stated they would get back to me in 24 hours, still waiting... Meanwhile I can't get my money from eBay as I bought as a guest as they want an email from Hermes confirming that Hermes have investigated .
Please do not use Hermes . I've probably lost my £94. Scammers seem to know how to exploit Hermes. Hermes you need to do a better more secure and reliable service.
