My heart always sinks when I see that a parcel is coming through Hermes. Waiting for what looks like the third parcel to go missing with them during lockdown. I now avoid sellers when I see they use Hermes. I went once to try and collect and witnessed staff kicking packages around the floor like footballs. Avoid
